Known Issues with the "HTML" version of TSAMusic.com:

Netscape Users:  On pages containing Java applets you must wait for the page to load completely before clicking on any of the items in the lower menu, failure to do so has caused some browsers to "lock up" or crash.  If you are experiencing this problem you may want use the "Standard Flash Version."  If the problem persists in the "Standard Flash Version" use the "Standard Site."

AOL USERS: This site was designed for AOL 6 or greater, please update your software before entering this site. You Also MUST turn off graphics compression in the AOL internet browser preferences as follows: On the AOL Toolbar, goto My AOL, Click Preferences, Click WWW Icon (Picture of world globe), and you will see a dialog box. Click the "Web Graphics" tab, and a page appears with the question "Do you want Web Graphics to be compressed. This will display pages faster"; under the question is a box that you "check" if you want compression, otherwise leave it blank. If it is checked, clear it! IN ADDITION, YOU MUST ALSO SET THE SECURITY TO LOW IN THE INTERNET BROWSER SETTINGS!  If you get things working, be patient because the AOL browser is extremely slow in loading the applets. Your best bet is to use a regular browser like Internet Explorer 4.x or Netscape 6.22+. AOL is not as reliable!

All Users: IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS LOADING THIS PAGE - DISABLE JAVA IN YOUR BROWSER PREFERENCES

REMEMBER THAT UNLESS YOU ARE USING A HIGH SPEED CONNECTION - IT CAN TAKE A WHILE TO LOAD ALL THE IMAGES AND MULTIMEDIA CLIPS.

We STRONGLY recommend enabling Java & JavaScript on your browser for maximum enjoyment of our site, if not, many pages will not function properly.
